Register for an event→Receive a vetting link→Complete the form and schedule your interview within 7 days
Important
Minimum attendance age — mandatory and non-negotiable:
Every attendee must be at least 20 years of age on the date of the event.
There are no exceptions, no waivers, and no appeals.
Anyone who does not meet this requirement will be denied entry without refund.
Misrepresenting your age or attempting to circumvent this rule will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all fees paid.
Failure to complete vetting or attend your scheduled interview will result in cancellation of your registration and a refund minus a
$100 administrative fee.
Vetting Denial Refunds
Applications denied for reasons other than interview attendance will receive a full ticket refund.
This refund applies only to the vetting decision itself and does not override standard event cancellation or refund deadlines, including late cancellations or denials within two (2) weeks of an event.
Previously vetted participants: You do not need to re-vet unless notified by Facility 22.
