This Privacy Policy explains how Inescapable Holdings LLC, doing business as Facility 22 (“Facility 22,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information obtained through our website and related online services.

We operate an adult-only lodging and event venue located in Bureau County, Illinois, United States. By using our website or submitting information through our online services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website.

  • Our official website and any associated subdomains;
  • Online event booking facilitated via Ticket Tailor;
  • Payment processing conducted by Stripe;
  • Online forms (including vetting and applications) submitted through Zoho services;
  • Our email communications, newsletters, and other digital channels operated by Facility 22.

This Policy does not govern offline data collection or in-person activities unless those activities explicitly reference this Privacy Policy.


3. Eligibility: Adults 18+

Facility 22’s website and services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit, accept, or process personal information from anyone under 18.

By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.   • Submit vetting or application forms, waiver-related information, or event participation details via Zoho;

  • Purchase merchandise or services (payments processed via Stripe);
  • Subscribe to updates, announcements, or other communications.

This may include:

  • Name and contact information (such as email address);
  • Booking, reservation, and event details;
  • Vetting/application responses and preferences relevant to event eligibility;
  • Billing details and transaction metadata (excluding full payment card numbers);
  • Any other information you choose to submit.

We do not directly collect or store full credit or debit card numbers. Payment card data is processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and general location derived from it;

  • Pages viewed, time spent, and navigation paths;
  • Referring and exit pages, and similar usage data;

  • Ticket Tailor – Used for ticketing and reservation management. Information you submit through Ticket Tailor is shared with Facility 22 to administer your booking.
  • Stripe – Used for secure payment processing. Stripe separately collects and processes payment information subject to its own privacy policy and security obligations.
  • Zoho – Used for form submissions, including vetting and other operational forms. Information submitted through Zoho is transmitted to Facility 22 for review and recordkeeping.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose personal information:

  • To our service providers as described above;
  • To comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory requests;
  • To law enforcement or relevant authorities where necessary to protect rights, safety, or property;
