All participants must complete Facility 22 vetting.

How it works:
Register for an event → Receive a vetting link → Complete the form and schedule your interview within 7 days.

Important:
Failure to complete vetting or attend your interview will result in cancellation of your registration and a refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

Vetting Denial Refunds:
Applications denied for reasons other than interview attendance will receive a full ticket refund.
This refund applies only to the vetting decision itself and does not override standard event cancellation or refund deadlines, including late cancellations or denials within two (2) weeks of an event.

Previously vetted participants do not need to re-vet unless notified.
