Event admission requires a vetting process and event coordinator approval. Use the following form to apply for approval. Once approved, you will be provided with a code which will allow you to purchase a ticket.
We are temporarily pausing the acceptance of new vetting applications while we update our vetting process and complete reviews for applications already in progress. Applicants who are currently undergoing vetting will continue through the process as normal, and individuals who have already been approved may still use their existing vetting codes to register for events. We appreciate your patience and look forward to reopening applications once updates are complete.
